Returns & Exhanges

No exhanges or refunds unless damage upon reciept or we have packed the wrong item. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. Only the price of the items will be refunded and not the shipping charge itself. In the case of apparel, in addition the product must be unworn and unwashed.

Once we receive your item and it's inspected, a refund will be processed immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

Shipping Questions

Shipping will take place between 5-7 business days after purchase. Orders are processed in the order received unless you've chosen a shipping upgrade. 

In the case of missing or stolen packages, please reach out to your local mail provider for assistance with opening a case. If your order no longer tracks, after 30 days, we will issue a replacement order free.
